Personal data processing (GDPR)

This policy explains how EnoaSoft s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24527483 ("we", "controller") processes personal data when you use enoanet.com under the brand EnoaNet, in line with the GDPR.
We minimise data, stay transparent, and respect your rights. Profile and message privacy settings are available in the app after sign-in.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- account data (username, email, hashed password, display name);
- profile data (bio, avatar, cover, social links, favourite games, creator roles);
- content you publish (posts, shorts, comments, messages, reactions);
- technical data (IP address, browser, device, logs, cookies, approximate country from CDN headers);
- interface language and cookie / marketing consent;
- safety and moderation records (reports, blocks, trust factor);
- usage data (follows, likes, views, notifications) to run the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to:
- provide the service under our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — account, feed, messages, shorts;
- ensure security, abuse prevention, and moderation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f));
- comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c));
- run analytics and ads after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — cookie banner;
- send transactional emails (verification, password reset, security) without marketing consent.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists and afterwards as needed for legal claims and security (typically up to 3 years unless law requires longer).
Security logs are kept for a shorter period (usually 30–90 days) unless investigating an incident.
Backups rotate; deleted content may persist briefly in backups.

We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and regular updates.
No system is 100% secure — we will notify you of breaches as required by GDPR.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access and receive a copy of your data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erasure where applicable;
- restrict processing and object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability for data you provided;
- withdraw consent (cookies, marketing) at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the EU).
9. In-app settings
Under Settings → Privacy you can set public/private profile, who can message you, blocks, and more.
Email notifications can be managed in notification settings.
10. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13. We will delete accounts we learn were created in violation of this rule.
Parents may contact support regarding minors’ accounts.
11. Automated decision-making
Trust factor and recommendations may use automated scoring for community safety. They do not produce legal effects without human review where GDPR requires it.
12. Policy changes
We may update this policy. We will inform you of significant changes in the service or by email. The last update date is shown at the top.
