EnoaNet — gaming social network
Last updated: 26 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of enoanet.com operated by EnoaSoft s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24527483 ("we", "operator"), under the brand EnoaNet.
By registering or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Operator and contact
Service operator: EnoaSoft s.r.o., IČO 24527483, sídlo: Dlouhá 3403/2b, 702 00 Ostrava – Moravská Ostrava.
Registration: company registered with the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 102756.
Support and legal contact: podpora@enoanet.com.
The service is primarily intended for users in the European Union and Central Europe; feature availability may vary by country.
2. Description of the service
EnoaNet is an online platform for players: profiles, post feeds, shorts (short videos), teams, groups, messages, notifications, game hubs, and related community features.
We provide the service on an "as is" basis with ongoing development. Features may change, be added, or temporarily limited (maintenance, security, legal reasons).
3. Account and age
Full use requires registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
The service may be used from age 13. Users under 16 need parental consent where required by applicable law.
One personal account per user unless we explicitly allow otherwise (e.g. test accounts).
4. Your content and licence
You are fully responsible for content you upload or publish (text, images, videos, comments, messages) and must have the necessary rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, play, and technically process your content for as long as your account exists — solely to operate the service, promote the platform (with opt-out where offered), and protect rights.
The licence may survive account deletion for backups and logs needed for security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution for a reasonable period.
5. Community rules
On EnoaNet you must not:
- violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms;
- spread hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, or sexual harassment;
- distribute malware, phishing, fraud, or unlawfully collect personal data;
- circumvent security, scrape the service at scale, or abuse APIs;
- impersonate others without permission;
- spam or artificially inflate metrics (likes, follows);
- upload copyright-protected content without permission;
- advertise illegal goods or services.
6. Moderation and sanctions
We and appointed moderators may hide content, adjust metadata, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts — with explanation where reasonably possible.
You can report content or users. We review reports under community rules and applicable law.
Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban without compensation.
7. Messages, shorts, and communities
Direct messages are for communication between users. Mass advertising without consent is not allowed.
Shorts and public content may be available via link even without a public catalogue — share responsibly.
Groups and teams may have additional rules set by admins; they must comply with these Terms.
8. EnoaNet intellectual property
The EnoaNet brand, logo, design, software, and databases are protected. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without written consent.
Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to pay you.
9. Advertising and paid features
We may show ads (including personalised ads after cookie consent). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Future paid features or subscriptions will have their own terms; we will notify you before price changes.
10. Liability
We provide the service with professional care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party content. For EU consumers, mandatory rights remain unaffected.
You must indemnify us for damage caused by intentional breach of these Terms or the law.
11. Account termination
You may delete your account in settings or by contacting support. Some data may be retained as required by law and the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate accounts for breach of Terms, legal requests, or business reasons with reasonable notice where appropriate.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance where possible.
Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you disagree, close your account before then.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic unless consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Courts are determined by applicable law (consumer residence or operator seat).
